This workshop is open to all international students at the DHBW who experience discrimination or racism in their everyday life, studies or workplace, or who feel unsure how to understand and classify certain situations and would like to exchange experiences.
The aim of the workshop is to offer you and the other participants a space to talk about your experiences and challenges, ask questions, and develop ways of dealing with discrimination and racism in your lives.
Together, we will explore:
- how to recognise discrimination and racism in everyday life, at university and at work,
- which rights, contact points and support services are available to you,
- how you can respond in difficult situations,
- and what you can do in everyday life to protect and support yourself and others.
The workshop combines short theoretical input with interactive exchange and self-reflection.
To participate, a stable internet connection and a laptop or computer are required.
